We were made to love and be loved. Loving ourselves and others is in our genetic code. But knowing that doesn’t make it easy to do. We find it a challenge to love ourselves. We might have a hard time loving others. In this workshop Dave Richo and Radhule Weininger will guide you through the exploration of the Buddhist practices of mindfulness and loving-kindness, utilizing them as our keys to helping us develop a spiritually conscious intimacy, a committed caring connection. Through these tools we can support each other in being gently led to love’s inevitable outcome: having a heart that loves freely, fearlessly, and ultimately, universally. This is the love that makes love last and relationships work.
