The Path of Self-Compassion with Radhule Weininger
In this workshop we will learn how we can emerge from a sense of unworthiness and self-blame into positive and healthy relationships with ourselves and others. Through the practices of mindful and loving awareness, self-forgiveness, self-compassion, and gratitude we will learn how to transform our habits of self-limitation. Doing so allows us to feel grounded and strong even in uncertain times. Developing a deep sense of friendship with ourselves allows us to feel loving and connected as well as meaningfully engaged with others and our world. Self-compassion practices free us from the old patterns of behavior that disconnect us from ourselves and others and allow us to participate courageously and creatively in our world.
4 Continuing Education credits will be provided for each weekend for psychologists, registered nurses, MFTs and LCSWs.
